Interaction with International customers using Voice & Web based tools |

Building and maintaining rapport with customers |

Handling inbound / outbound support calls |

Solving queries related to IT & non-IT products and applications |

Updating customers with latest information about products and services |

| Experience & Skills |
 |
 |
6 months of experience in Call Center Industry would be preferred |
 |
Freshers with a good command over English and sound knowledge of Computers & Internet will be considered |
 |
Knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word applications along with Internet |
 |
Willingness to work in rotational shifts is a must |
 |
Should possess excellent communication skills- verbal and written |
 |
Flexible and target oriented with effective time management |
