This page allows you to manage your product pricing, the pricing can be displayed for all of your stores, or you can display individual store / product combinations. Setting the Price column for any product to 0 will disable the product in the selected store.

Coupon Generation and Management |

An inbuilt coupon generation and management system exist in our Pills Affiliates. It helps in listing all existing coupon codes for all your sites or stores. It facilitates to enter your coupon code to see a specific coupon or select a store to see the coupons for a specific store. System coupons are coupons generated automatically when an order is placed (R - Reorder coupon), and when the customer asks for a coupon to place an initial order it is (F - First order coupon). It also helps to disable System coupons for any store by updating the configuration of that particular store.

Discounts |
|
Pills Affiliates users can view and manage their specific and selective discounts on products. The discounts section allows listing of all the discounts created for all stores. You can enter a discount id to see a specific discount, or select a store to show all discounts for that store. Discounts differ from coupons in that discounts automatically apply to certain orders, for example if a customer turns on auto reorder, and a discount is set here, the discount will automatically apply when the new order is placed by the system. At the same time a new discount can also be defined in add new discount section.

Banner Support |

Number of banners can be created for promotional purposes of resellers and their further affiliates. There is a flexibility of listing the banners assigned to all your stores or for any specific store. In all cases the html code is shown which can be used to plug in the banner into any of your link pages. A new banner can also be added by uploading the image and adjusting its dimensions.

This feature helps affiliates to view the details and status of their customer’s tickets or troubles. As well it helps them to respond to the customer’s problems, but it is basically the job assigned to customer service executives. It allows listing of all outstanding support tickets for all stores or a specific one. In case an affiliate has any query about the customer order they can create a ticket but if query is related to affiliates then they need to contact affiliate support for assistance.

This facility display statistics for all your stores; the statistics include the number of orders, number of customers, and the number of products for sale at the particular store. You can display all stores or select a specific store.

This page allows you to display statistics for all of your orders by product category, the product is shown along with the source of the order, this allows you to get a good impression where and how your marketing efforts are paying off. Combined with good utilization of campaigns you can very easily monitor which products are converting well into orders, and which engines, link pages etc are converting well.

Product Links |

It displays product link HTML which shows you how to link products using custom templates. If you use the standard templates all the products are already correctly linked to the order form. To use JavaScript pricing you must include the JavaScript code shown below at the top of each HTML document that will use JavaScript based prices. The JavaScript is used to download the prices from the server.
