Automated Collection and Processing Of CDRs

TeleBilling solution offers seamless integration of data from the network into the billing system. Data is fetched automatically from the network in the form of CDRs from multiple carriers and switches. The software can import CDRs from multiple switches.


Service Creation & Management

The Service order and management make an easy walk through for service order creation & management. The system smoothly handles service no. assignment, credit policy assignment, rate plan & service profile assignment. It also deals with the real time payment validation & verification.


Service Billing

This module supports billing for different customers based on their service policy & billing personalized cycle settings. The system handles the process with high degree of data integrity. Bill printing & distribution is also done in accordance to the way defined by the customer/reseller or agent.


Sales & Commission Management

The system handles sales force automation, multilevel sale agent/agency management. It keeps track of individual sales data and statistics to help the strategic policy decision making. The Agent commissioning & payment subsystems are integrated with the system.


Customer Receipt

Receipt system deals with real time receipt generation against customer payments for service, deposit or other charges. The customer payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. Dynamic verification of credit card is done through signio(Verisign). The customer can make payment at any office, agents shop or through internet.

This module enables you to collect and track all receivables from a customer. It also allows handling of multiple payments for a single invoice, single payment for multiple invoices, excess payments, adjustments, payment reversals and refunds.


Call Rating

The Rating and Invoicing module takes care of rating the transaction usage logs/CDRs and generation of invoices. It includes a flexible and yet robust real-time rating engine which is able to support a large number of rating plans for multiple service types such as voice, data and content. The rating engine supports use of various parameters including: duration, bandwidth, access count, Quality of Service, etc. Special rates can be assigned for peak/off peak hours, weekends, holidays, and various other rule-based scenarios. The rating engine supports multiple time zones and multiple currencies to provide flexible rating for various situations. Service Taxes applicable to postpaid customers are also defined.


Customer Administration

The system is capable of defining invoicing levels in the corporate hierarchy where the invoices are to be generated. The various products and services assigned to the customer are also defined in this module. The system has a credit limit management subsystem integrated with it.


Data import/export

This system deals with CDR Processing, Rate Plan Management, Carrier Reconciliation & switch interface management. Service Provisioning subsystem Handling automatic/requested activation and deactivation of services) is integrated with this module.


Account Receivables

This module allows the definition of GL accounting codes and relating them to various charge items. Summary account ledgers can be maintained for each accounting head and the same can be transferred to other accounting systems.


Prepaid Services

The Prepaid Services module performs a near real-time rating and updates customers' prepaid balances in terms of currency.


Online Customer Care

Web based customer care provide a variety of services in customer's hand implemented with 128 bit encryption for complete security assurance.


Sales Management System for offices/sales agents & resellers

A web based sales management system with SSL (128 bit encryption) is provided with Telebilling. The system is highly customizable and provide user friendly interface for controlling the telecom business process through internet. Real Time Billing
